Working out...getting healthy...

I've got Jenn (convinced, told her she needs to, etc.) working out 3-4 times a week at Wood Valley for 20-30 minutes at a time. She is working on the eliptical right now and may get in to some classes in the future...

INFUSAPORT: Gone!

Today Jenn had her Infusaport removed. It was a fairly simple procedure (easy for me to say) done at Tallgrass and only took about an hour. The doctor injected her with a local anesthesia, opened her up via her onld incision line, snipped 2 stitches that were holding the Infusaport in place and voila...it was out. He then stitched her back up and we were out the door. She had a little post procedure light-headedness but by 10:30AM she had a business meeting and was able to make it with no problem. The doctor just wants to see he back in about 6 months...
